Lismore is ideal for small, intimate celebrations. The whole estate is yours: the House as your base for preparation and photographs, and the gardens for the ceremony. We provide the venue — bring your own crew, or draw on our curated list of chefs, caterers, florists, celebrants, make-up artists and wedding planners.
How a Lismore wedding typically runs
Weddings at Lismore are a four-night minimum — the estate is yours, so nothing is rushed and nobody is watching the clock.
Arrival
Settle in from 3pm — the House, the Barn and the grounds are yours.
Set up
Vendors arrive, styling touches done, seating arranged. It's starting to get real.
The big day
The bride gets ready at the Barn, the groom at the House. Ceremony typically at 2pm, intimate reception on the estate.
Take a breath
The newlyweds wake at the Barn and breakfast with their closest. Recovery lunch on the estate or in the village.
Home
Breakfast and departure at 11am. Your life together as a couple begins.
