The off-site that resets the team
A private vineyard estate for off-sites, quarterly reviews, planning days and team retreats — an hour from Wellington, a world away from the office. Space to think, quiet to focus, and enough distance from the everyday that things actually get resolved.
Gather around the table for twelve, spread into the living rooms and gardens for breakouts, and when you need more seats, a meeting room in the village takes up to twenty-four. Five separate bedrooms, four with ensuites, give you eight to ten separate beds, plus the Barn if you need it.
The programme
How a two-night off-site usually runs
Two nights, three days. Stay one night or a week — this is the shape most teams use.
Down to work
Arrive 10am and straight into it — sessions around the table for twelve, a working lunch delivered, breakouts in the living rooms and gardens. Dinner at the House cooked by a local chef, or a private table at Karahui in the village.
Back into it
Breakfast delivered, kick-off at 9, working lunch on site. Afternoon off the agenda — vineyard tours, clay pigeon shooting, golf, a cooking lesson. Long-table dinner on the estate, and the conversation that only happens after the second bottle.
Land it
Breakfast, then the session that matters — who owns what, and by when. Wrap by midday, lunch in the village if there's time, minibus back to Wellington.
