Take the team
off-site
The off-site that resets the team
A private vineyard estate perfect for off-sites, quarterly reviews, planning days and team retreats — 1 hour from Wellington, a world away from the office.
Lismore Estate gives you space to think, peace and quiet to focus, and distance from the everyday to resolve and collaborate. Gather the team around the table for twelve, spread into the living rooms and gardens for breakouts, and when you need more seats, a secondary meeting room in the village hosts up to twenty-four delegates. Five bedrooms (four with ensuites) give you eight to ten separate beds if sharing suits your crew; if it doesn't, additional village accommodation is easily arranged. Tell us what you're planning and we'll make it happen.
Exclusively yours
The House and grounds are yours alone, overlooking the vines — no shared spaces, no other guests, no interruptions.
Full or partial catering
Breakfasts, working lunches and long-table dinners — catered as much or as little as you like, with Martinborough's wineries and restaurants minutes away.
One hour from Wellington
Close enough for a one-night reset, far enough to feel like a proper change of scene. Drive. Minibus. Train.

How a Lismore off-site typically runs
Stay a night or a week — here's the shape of a typical two-day off-site:
Down to work
Arrive 10am and straight into it — sessions around the table, a working lunch delivered, breakouts in the living rooms and gardens. Dinner at the House catered by a local chef, or a private dinner hosted at Karahui.
Back into it
Breakfast delivered, agenda kick-off at 9, working lunch on site. Afternoon team building — vineyard tours, clay pigeon shooting, golf, cooking lessons and more. Mini-bus back to Wellington at 6pm.
Whole-house exclusive use, two-night minimum, with catering and beverage packages quoted to your numbers.
